AWESOME DIET CHART


AWESOME DIET BANANA
Morning:

 5:00  one glass of glucose/ lemaon water.

 5:30  sprouted grames or almonds 4 to 8.

6:00  to 8:00   exercise (drink energy drink between exercise)

8:00 one glass of protien shake (20gm to 40gm)

8:30 1to2-benana and 3 to 8 eggs(boiled whit part).

11:00  one seasonla fruit.


Afternoon


1:00   lunch (green vegitables ,salade/curd)

4:30   one glass of orange juce.

6:30   1to2-benana and 3 to 6 eggs(boiled white part). one glass of protien shake(20gm).

Evening

9:00   dinner(green vegitable, salade)

11:00 half leater skimed milk.


NOTE:
Do not eat icecream or fastfood with high oil.

Drink 2 to 4 leater of water a day.
