·       A Tattoo is a puncture wound, made deep in your skin that is filling with ink.



·       It made by penetrating your skin with a needle and injecting ink into the area, usually creating some sort of design.

How it done?

 

·     The ink injected into the dermis, which is the second layer of skin.

·     Dermis cell are very stable so Tattoo is practically permanent.



·     Use to be done manually.



·     Tattoo artist would puncture the skin with a needle and inject the ink by hand or tattoo machine.

 

TATTOO MACHINE

·       Tattoo machine is a handheld electric instrument that uses a tube and needle system.

·       One end is a sterilized needle, which is attached to tubes that contain ink.

·       A foot switch is used to turn on the machine, which moves that needle in and out while driving the ink about 1/16 inch or less (about 1 millimeter) into your skin.

 

PRECOTION



·       Drive the needle into your skin, but not going deep enough will produce a rough tattoo, and going too deep can cause bleeding and intense pain. Getting a tattoo can take about 15 min to hours, depending on the size and design chosen to tattoo.

 

PAIN



·       Can hurt, but level of pain can vary because getting a tattoo involves being stuck multiple times with a needle.

Awesome Chulha is the old method of cooking food but coming in demand again because of its low cost and easy usage.

 Most people use chulha to save money but the most important use of chulha is saving gas and other organic resources.

 It only take few dry wood pieces or some easy fire substance which get burn and the chulha made of mud get heat slow but for long duration.

 We can also use waste food product, dry cow dung  household product to burn. 

The only drawback of chulha is it cook food slow but it cook good and useful for our nature. 

It can be made easily with wet mud and small pieces of bricks. 

It will take time up to 3 days and after that u can enjoy the useful features of chulha and same money and our environment.

 5:00  one glass of glucose/ lemaon water.

 5:30  sprouted grames or almonds 4 to 8.

6:00  to 8:00   exercise (drink energy drink between exercise)

8:00 one glass of protien shake (20gm to 40gm)

8:30 1to2-benana and 3 to 8 eggs(boiled whit part).

11:00  one seasonla fruit.


Afternoon


1:00   lunch (green vegitables ,salade/curd)

4:30   one glass of orange juce.

6:30   1to2-benana and 3 to 6 eggs(boiled white part). one glass of protien shake(20gm).

Evening

9:00   dinner(green vegitable, salade)

11:00 half leater skimed milk.


NOTE:
Do not eat icecream or fastfood with high oil.

Drink 2 to 4 leater of water a day.
